MeV gamma-ray astronomy, Radiation Detector
Overview of your research
An observation in MeV gamma ray provides a unique window on the nucleosynthesis, particle acceleration, and so on, however it is very difficult because the gamma-ray detection is obstructed by the background events. For the future MeV gamma-ray astronomy, I'm developing a new detector, and observing the celestial objects using the detector loaded on balloons.
